Terms and Conditions

Overview

First Print Digital are proud of our total customer driven commitment to deliver excellence in service, quality products and true value for money. We provide 100% satisfaction to our customers against any manufacturing / product defects. Due to the nature of the products available online, refunds / returns of products is generally not provided except in cases where there has been a manufacturing issue for which First Print Digital is solely responsible. These are outlined in the Refunds / Returns Policy below.

Prior to Finalising Your Order

  1. Please ensure you review your order and carefully check any personal greetings you may have added before placing your order. First Print Digital does not accept any liability for errors within information entered at the ordering stage, as it is on the Customers authority and approval that orders go to print. We do not proof read or correct any mistakes the customer may have made.
  2. It is up to the Customer to ensure that any artwork added to products (business logo) meets First Print Digital’s specifications, which can be found via the website here.
  3. Once you have placed an order and full payment is received First Print Digital will proceed with production. Please note that once production has begun, First Print Digital is unable to cancel, provide refunds or make any amendments to orders – except for the cases described below in the refunds / returns policy.

Refunds /  Returns Policy

  1. Due to the nature of the products that are available online, refunds for products that have entered the production stage are not possible, except in the instance where there has been a manufacturing issue or product malfunction for which First Print Digital is responsible.
  2. If a defect to any delivered goods occurs, for which First Print Digital is responsible, First Print Digital reserves the right to offer a replacement or reprint. Only in the case of such reprint being unsuitable will First Print Digital offer a partial or full refund.
  3. In such case of any defect to delivered goods, for which First Print Digital is responsible, First Print Digital must be informed via email at admin@firstprint.com.au within 14 business days from the date of delivery. We will then conduct an investigation into the production process to determine if there has been a manufacturing issue. If a complaint is made outside this time, First Print Digital reserve the right to offer no refund / reprint for this order.

Delivery Policy

  1. After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via Australia Post or Courier (dependant on size / weight of order) within 5 working days following receipt of payment.
  2. Although First Print Digital tries it’s very best to ensure that any ordered is delivered on time, First Print Digital shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the Customer arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.
  3. If you have not received your order within 14 working days of order confirmation please contact First Print Digital at admin@firstprint.com.au.
  4. First Print Digital ships orders using our choice of Courier or Australia Post, depending on the size and weight of your order. Packages will require a signature upon delivery and will not be left unattended at your property.
  5. We will arrange for the products you purchase to be delivered to the delivery address you specify during the checkout process. Once the order has been placed this cannot be changed.
  6. We will only deliver products to addresses within Australia.
