Please consider the following rules when naming your file(s):

1. The filename cannot contain any spaces
2. The total length of the filename and file extension combined should not exceed 48 characters
3. The filename format should be 'filename'.'fileextension' e.g. image.jpg or document.pdf
4. Use only the following legal characters; 1-9, a-z, A-Z, '_', '-'

Please note: there is no file size limit but,
First Print recommend sending a total upload size of less than 100mb through the web uploader.
If you have larger files to Submit, please contact First Print to obtain an FTP account and password
